KINDRED COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We will be reopening for services on Monday May 18, 2020
Days and Times will vary as we slowly move to establish a new normal.
On behalf of everyone at KINDRED, we want to assure you that the health and safety - of both our clients and our team - has always been, and will always be, our top priority.
We are following all Covid-19 Health and Safety regulations and guidelines from the CDC and OSHA. We would like to take a moment to update you on what our daily practices and precautions will now include until further notice.
We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to set up a time to shop retail or for curbside pick up.
We will continue to require a credit card to schedule appointments, this credit card must be used at check out in order to provide contact-less payments, we are also asking for your consent to sign for you at check out. Charges will not be applied until after your appointment. Contact-less payments will be the preferred payment type when possible.
You will be asked to sign online COVID consent forms prior to your appointment.
The reception and lounge areas are closed. We ask that you wait outside or in your car until our front desk staff calls or texts you, have your phone ready.
No guests are allowed to come to your appointment with you - no kiddos, babies, or friends at this time.
Please leave ALL personal items in your car other than keys, cell phone, any emergency items, inhalers or epi-pens etc. We ask that you please avoid phone usage during appointments unless absolutely necessary to avoid handling unnecessary items.
Do not bring outside food or drinks.
We have the right to refuse service with NO REFUND if any of the following apply:
You arrive at your appointment showing any visible respiratory symptoms of illness even while wearing a face mask. Temperatures will be documented upon arrival with your consent, anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be unable to give or receive a service.
You have had or have been in direct contact with anyone with COVID in the last 30 days.
You have been out of the country in the last 30 days or out of state in the last 2 weeks or in direct contact with anyone that has.
If you have been sick or feeling ill, PLEASE stay home and reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later to ensure you are symptom-free.
We are continuing to waive our cancellation fees during this time with at least 12 hours notice. Our strict cancellation policy for No Shows still applies and you will be charged in full.
Please remember to bring your face masks, it is mandatory for all guests and employees to wear a face mask at all times inside and while performing services unless you are receiving a facial or facial wax and then added precautions will be taken on our staffs part.
We will ask that you sanitize upon entering and wash hands for 20 seconds immediately after.
We no longer will be serving complimentary water and tea to reduce any health risks to our staff and to avoid removal of masks until further notice.
We ask our guests to not touch any retail products. Please ask your KINDRED spirit or our front desk staff for assistance.
We will not have more than the allowable amount of people in the salon at one time.
All workstations will be at least 6 feet apart.
Our spas are properly cleaned, sanitized, disinfected before the start, in-between every single client, and at the closing of each day using only hospital grade disinfectants. Please bear with us as the days will be looking a little different for us and extra time will be needed.
We will continue to offer facials to go and skin care products for your home care routines. Online shopping will be available as well as appointment based curbside pick up.
